The country snuggery is located in the old, former village school house in Müggelheim. The snuggery preserves Müggelheim’s countrified tools and other souvenirs.

The exhibition’s emphasis is the demonstration of Müggelheim’s history. Old and new text as well as pictures from different times inform about the region and famous inhabitants.

Changing exhibitions are presented in an exhibition-room in the basement. The “Heimatverein e. V.” offers laymen artists a possibility to perform there. Cultural events take place throughout the year and round off the engagement of the “Heimatverein” (club that keeps alive German customs).
